Flood Defense is an automated elevator flood protection system designed to stop water damage before it disrupts your building.

Built for multi-unit residential and commercial properties, the system uses real-time water detection and automated response controls to protect elevator shafts, mechanical components, and critical infrastructure.

When water is detected, Flood Defense immediately triggers protective actions — including alerting operators and moving elevators to a safe position — reducing the risk of shutdowns, equipment damage, and extended downtime.

System Configurations

Single Elevator System (Package A)
Designed for buildings with one elevator, this setup includes a dedicated pit sensor, relay pack, and gateway to monitor and protect a single shaft.
